The 2010 Knight Foundation “Soul of the Community” Report outlined the strengths and weaknesses of Fort Wayne based on surveys from Gallup over the last few years. Their findings were clear. People are becoming more attached to our community but they note that one major component is missing: leadership.
That is something I look to address in January of 2012. In the meantime, feel free to take a look at the report and see the results for yourself.
